1. Ordering
How do I place an order at Lewiso?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, select your favorite items, choose your size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at [email protected] immediately if you need to make changes.
2. Shipping
What are the shipping options?
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. For most domestic orders, Standard Shipping takes [7–15 days]. International orders may take [7 days].

3. Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Custom items cannot be returned unless defective. Read more in our Refund Policy.
How do I request a refund?
